So many diferent types of vehicles and weapons.........The people un charge of the supply lines are surely having a great time making sure that the spare parts, fuel and amunition go all to the right places! I wouldn`t want to be in charge of this nightmare. This should be a lesson for NATO-countrys to share their patents, and try to focus on compatible vehicles and weapons, that have in common not only the amunition they use (something I think Nato does already), but also as many spare parts as possible, and use all the same fuel.....

@KombatKochPartDeux I thought the US-battle-Tank runned on a very specific fuel do to its motor.........wich probably also don`t share to much spare parts with the Leopard. Also the Leclerc-Tank concept and execution seems quite particular, and I don`t think it has much spare-parts in comon with the Abrahams and the Leopard (Yeah! France! Gotta love these people!) And then we have the british Challenger, of course (Ah! the Brits!)..... Wouldn`t it just have been better developing ONE type of main-battle-tank (or perhaps two, because SOME countries probably couldn`t handle "Abrahams-like" Tanks in large numbers, and I don`t see the US giving up on this fancy toy), in a joint venture, and allow then every NATO-country to built them locally (if they wanted so ), with some minor modifications to adapt to their particullar circumstances? And the same goes for infantery transport-vehicles, artillery or airplanes, ect...... Just saying.
