May God have mercy of their souls.....because the russian security-forces, will certainly not.....the fact that they allowed themselves to be captured alive, still shocks me......

@catalinul1461 If there is a worse place to fall into the hands of the authorities than Russia, than this place is definitively Belarus........perhaps they were traveling to a secondary target? Because, how did they plan to cross the battlefront in Ukraine, and what kind of reception did they expect from the ukranian army? Unless they were ukranian operatives, they would have been shot on the spot BY BOTH SIDES. IF they were from ISIS, I don`t think they were trying to escape...... Perhaps their plan was simply to stay free and undetected as long as possible, and so inject fear in the russian population, who wouldn`t have known when and where they were going to attack again.......
