  1. In my country, police-oficcers carry with them portable breazalizers. If they suspect that you are driving under influence, they ask you directly to take a breath test, wich you can refuse. BUT if you refuse, they are entiteld to arrest you and bring you to a clinic to take and analize a blood sample. If the blood sample comes out clean, you are free to go, if not, you have to pay the full cost of the extraction the test, the fine, can lose points of your drivers license (or even get it revoked directly), and even face jail-time, if you are drunk enough..... So, no sobriety tests for us.......wich is a good thing, because I haven`t touched a single drop of alcohol in 22 years, and I am not sure that I could perform all these tests at the satisfaction of an officer.......
