  10.  @Pthommie  Who was the killer? The man still had a pulse and was breathing when police arrived, so nothing Penny did killed him. In fact it wasn't until after he was taken to the hospital that he died. Sounds like you are uninformed about the sequence of events and don't actually know what you're talking about.

  12.  @Kimberly-op9xv  Who killed who? the man still had a pulse and respiration when police arrived. It wasn't until he was transported to the hospital that he was pronounced. Nothing Penny did killed him, the toxicology report show this.

  13.  @Kimberly-op9xv  Let's also try threatening the lives of people on the subway. To the point that many witnesses said they were afraid. Neely was still alive when he got to the hospital, nothing Penny did. He wasn't murdered.

  17.  @Teebs131  I have had a family with mental health issues. I worked my rear off to get her into a proper facility that could care for her. It requires a lot of effort to see it through.
