  2.  @t.h.8475  Actually yes, because it is his powers under Article II, Section I of the US Constitution. The President has authority over the executive branch agencies and if he so wants to audit the agencies under his authority, he can do so, picking and clearing anyone he wishes to do so.

  3. @ District court judges only, I'll wait for court of appeals and SCOTUS to make the final decision, we will get that soon. Legal experts, like Jonathan Turley for one, are completely baffled by these district court rulings. None of the judges were appointed by republicans too
