  1. All of President Trump's EOs seem pretty consistent with Article II of the US Constitution. He is a bit more aggressive in asserting his Article II powers than other presidents in the past, which is refreshing.

  4. ​ @LeighaButler There is only one person in the executive branch who is elected. Some could argue two, but the second person doesn't really have that much power. Elon and his boys don't have to be elected, they serve an advisory role to the president. According to the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974, the president can Impound funds to any department he likes, but he has to submit a recission bill to congress within 45 days. Congress can ignore the bill and the impoundment of the funds goes forward, or take up the bill, which with this congress, the bill will most likely pass because all that's required is a simple majority in both houses, no filibuster is allowed. I cited a real law above, which fantasy law are you working off of? Trump is not flipping the bird to democracy and the law, he is following it.

  8. @ We have 3 branches of government. Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches. It is not a power grab, the power was always in the executive branch, no president before asserted what was already his, like Trump. Since no president ever pressed their Article II powers, doesn't mean they didn't have the power, I own property, there are some places on my property I haven't set foot, it doesn't mean I don't own the property.
