  1. like m both each for their own reason.... both are interesting for their own reasons....turbulance is more common, laminar flow is harder to get and maintain... it is more special... turbulent flow is more common. turbulent flow is more like infinite mandelbrot mathematics.... fractals like. so maybe the navier stokes equiations should be correlated to fractal/mandelbrot math. next to this laminar and turbulent flows are brothers of each other.
