  1. stuff is not spooky at all, you see in order to get entanglement you have to have a splitting object that used to be a whole object like an atom or photo... or what ever.. as they drift appart thery REMAIN connected and thus communicating with eachother since nothing can travel faster the light if a matter particle splits apart in 2 parts they can never travel faster then light no matter how great the distance as son as one property is meansured lets say spin then since they are still connected to eachother and since they travel at lower speeds then light and you know the spin property of 1 particle then automatically the other spin is determined as well.. nothing traveled faster then light since the particles do never travel faster then light; they are simply connected thrue their wave functions simple and actually they are 1 wave function and remain that way until they interact with an other item and merge with that/those wavefunctions
