0:27 you call it evolution, we call it degeneration.... it is the same as losinig your arms so that the police cannot handcuff you... that is basically what happens.... there is no genetic information gain.. only loss. and yes mutations cause genetic info LOSS never a gain..... losing some abilities can appear beneficial but it isnt in the long run... it always is associated with a fitness cost.... like people withh sickle cell anemia... yes these people are NOT affected by malaria BUT they dont grow old like max 40-45 yrs old... same happens here with these bacteria that mutate... yes they can resist hogher concentrations but that means a mutations that makes them lose other features.

@GeroG3N 1) you catch my drift... seemingly 2)nope mutations are always damaging never constructive... why ? mutataions are driven by random agressive media like radiation, radioactive decay etc and harmfull chemicals since they are random they have no constructive objective behind them... so they can only be destructive. constructiveness comes ONLY with the input of uintelligence to guide the energetic input... randomness brings only noise... not information...

12:45 which proves my statement/point or REGAINING an lost mechanism. it was lost by mutation and regained by the opposite mutation. no evolution since the rest of the codeinstill must have been there to be abel to REGAIN the cirtic acid cycle (which is very common in bacteria since it is one of the energy generatin mechanisms in all living beings...) No evolution; but a regain of exitsing features.

@katamas832 evolution is a non existing suggested process... in reality it does NOT exist.. lenski's bacteria are... still bacteria... they are NOT worms fishes or horses or dandelions.... THAT would be evolution.. what lenksi showed is NOT part of evolution.. it is part of variation... and JUST as darwin he is mistaken variation for evolution.... just as most people do variation happens .... (as shown by lenski) evolution doesnt !

@katamas832 well than probve me evolution took place if you think I am a dumbass... no one has seen evolution... what we do have seen in history is degeneration... wolves turning into chiwahwahs ... thats degenerative variation.... a) its a loss of genetic coding b) its degenerative c) its still a dog thus variation not evolution evolution is supposed to be the total opposite: a chiwahwah turning into a wolf.. no one has ever seen that happen... but the degenerative variation HAS been observed... and even till the level of genetic meltdown...(yeah thats an official term google it) where kinds of animals/plants are so far degenerated that its beyond repai since even the repair system has been corrupted... genetic melt down would NOT occur IF evolution takes place... but it doesnt... the clock only winds downward.. never upward... all in all I cannot other that conclude (based on OBSERVATIONS and NOT wishfull fantasies) that evolution does NOT exist... the opposite does exist but evolution doesnt.... so who doesnt understand evolution here... and its not me ... I perfectly understand it, even to the atomic level... since I happen to be a chemist professionally...

@number-ey8lz evolution is the suggested process (by means of mutations) on which a simple organism like a bacteria can evolve to a multicellulair being like a dandelion, horse dog, crab, ant and human.... suggesting an increase of genetic information. THAT suggested process has never been observed... ever.... so dont lie to me or try to fool me... What HAS been observed is mutations BUT always producing LESS usefull information in the organism and MORE NOISE or non information holding genetic base sequences.... OR neutral at best ... evolution from bacteria to horses, dogs etc was NREVER ever observed... petty for you folks. But this is factuall....and thuis scientific correct... the suggested processes of mutations leading from bacteria to horses, dogs, shrimps, roses and humans is part of Pseudo science or even better said: wishfull thinking fantasies....

@number-ey8lz Nope mutations induce a NOISE in genes.. why ? simple mutations are random by nature and NEVER with a directive constructive information inputting actions... mutations bring about NOISE in DNA....not order.... Why ? again simple; because of the randomness of the DRIVING forces of mutations: radioactive decay, radioactive radiation , cosmic radiation, UV light, agressive chemicals... and behind these influences on mutations there is NO plan for building/constructing information.... so they can ONLY bring about NOISE... and that means LOSS of information. and you know that I am speaking the truth here...

11:00 no there was a REGAIN of an already existing mechanism, just as finxing an old car with other old cars spare parts.... old timers lovers do that the whole year around... nothing new....you see the citric acid cycle is present in all living organisms.. BUT it may have been lost due to NOT using it.... use it or lose it... now what Lenski found was that remnants of that broken down system are able to regain function.... just as blind born cave fishes can regain their eyes once ex[posed to light again, but it takes many generations to have them regain an old existing mechanism.. NO evolution

@hamham9862 well than show me an evolved organism if that is so.. show me a dog who gained wings or an umbrella tail against the rain.. THAT would be evolution.... what you see displayed here is variation... not evolution ! evolution is a hoax.... variation is often mistaken for evolution... variation happens: little/big dogs short/long haired short/long tailed that has been observed but THAT is variation.. not evolution so this proves that YOU and your type of folks know nothing about evolution... and blam folks like me for it... evolution (bacteria to worms to fishes to apes, horses, dandelions) has NEVER been observed including not in these experiments....

8:20 check with their genome and see if indeed thet have IMPROVED genetcis.. let me throw a prediction: they didnt.. they only Lost genetic information, which yes can indeed lead to being better suitable for THAT particular envirnonment but NOT for all other evrinoimnets so basically they have been weakend... like fish that get caught into a dark cave they lose over the generations their eye sight... in mutations it is use it or lose it.... same with bacteria... now lost abilities can be regained... just as spare parts of old cars can be used to fix a old model car... but alos that is not evolution but simply restoring an old already existing mechanism like lenksi dit with the citrus cycle...

3:22 put these back in a normal bacterial loaded environment they will be vanished in a hurry... which means being weaker due mutative losses. proving : no evolution...evolution is a suggested but non existing process. mutations do happen no doubt about that BUT that will bring about VARIATIONS not evolutin... fact is all these bacteria.... are .. still bacteria... evolution would be that thye gained wings, or legs or a nose or etc and they didnt they are still bacteria... NO evolution: variation yes but NOT evolution...
