  1. Pops in and out “Feels safe…” Chicago is a cesspool. Ultra high property taxes, ultra high utility bills, ultra high retail taxes, ultra high state income taxes, ultra high CRIME, terrible roads, cold 9 months of the year, with no sunshine for weeks at a time, salt and brine destroys cars. There is nothing redeemable about Chicago.The politicians are all thieves and con artists.
