  1. 2013 120k miles Tacoma shudders ONLY in first few miles of the day, NEVER after and always shifts smoothly. This started after fluid change at Toyota dealer. I squawked it that it was very likely a little low on fluid. The Tech dumped the fluid again and supposedly checked fluid level at the required 110 F. If I had shudder at any other time I would suspect warped clutch or housing, but it only happens the first few miles. I'm tempted to add half a pint to see if it stops the shudder.

  2. Very similar to the operating prinicple of turbo fan jet engines, only using air as the "fluid".
