The only thing that will cause widespread housing price crash is high inventory, and that won't happen unless UNEMPLOYMENT IS HIGH HIGH HIGH, and that won't happen in our lifetime due to demographics. Now check that knowledge box and move on from this fear pron. Realtors are the biggest complainers right now because they have no inventory, so THEY are the ones starving, not homeowners.
