  1. No way, very small number of people have adjustable rates. Vast majority are under 5% locked in long term and if they look at cost to rent they will have a huge shock…Beans and rice, work at 3 jobs, whatever it takes to get through any kind of downturn…but they won’t give up their house like 2008.
