  15. I think there really needs to be two classes (i don't knoe much about F1 except they seem to penalize for everything). One class where every driver gets exactly the same car, the only difference being the paint work, then it's entirely down to skill, and another where the only rules for car design are for safety. Obviously that would make things hard on smaller tesms, but it would spur innovation.
