Always amazes me that people travel to the third world and expect sitting in an inflatable towed by a speed boat driven by a local who maybe doesn't pay taxes on what little he earns, to be safe... There needs to be some personal responsibility taken. Risk assessment on parents' part: is this safe? Would I do it at home? No and no. So why do it in the third world where life is less valued, especially yours as an affluent first-worlder? Total lunacy.
