  12. 50yrs old 8000IU per day plus K2, feel great. Been taking it for years since getting skin cancer and now wearing factor 50 all the time. Had COVID and felt ill for just a day. However I've noticed that it is sold in 25 microgram tablets as one a day and a new supply at just 12.5 microgram tablets. I think it is deliberately under-dosed so that we're still reliant on doctors and medicine for illnesses we wouldn't get if we had better levels of VitD. Big pharma don't want you taking vitamin D, they want you ill. Trump said "take your vitamin D and you'll be fine" and he was immediately shut down. Funny that, eh?

  19. I don't trust doctors either. Bloke on talk radio yesterday saying doctors can only work three days a week because of the mental stress. Didn't explain how that mental stress goes away for the other two days a week earning more on the private sector. Greedy doctors; no longer is patient care their priority.
