  2. NHS needs closing down; not fit for purpose. If doctors were paid by the job and judged by the quality of each job and had to sort out their own pensions, there'd be no waiting lists. They don't use council workmen to do their gardens or pave their driveways; their kids' nanny doesn't get paid by county hall; they send their kids to private schools...
