All there is to put her there is an eye witness. Not always reliable. I tend to recognise people by the dog they walk. I remember seeing a neighbours dog on the Riverside path near here but I couldn't say for definite the lady who was walking him was my neighbour; I'd assume it but couldn't say for definite.
