  1. That's probably just a " Curtailment and Constraint Barrier" that the Galactic Falas'salla put in place to quarantine us from the rest of the Galaxy !! For further study and evaluation. Oh !!.... You didn't know about that!? Well sorry but, it was voted on unanimously and implemented about 4 or 5 million years ago by the G.F. Continuum as a type of 'Emergency Measures" act. It's just until we prove that we truly are civilized and evolved. Hopefully they'll be able to determine that Humankind poses no dire threats to everyone else, once we learn to live together in our own Solar System !!! Maybe someday they'll take it down !?!? But I doubt it. Hope you disprove my theory. Good luck with that........................
