If it was that specific type shooting, then that weapon was most likely, supplied by someone else and did not cost the shooter anything, except their soul and that child is now a homicidal adult and should be treated as one !!!!! So prices are slightly irrelevant !!

And he wasn't just a random "Snowbird/Shitbird Traitor" he has lived there since he was a child !! I know people from 'round the globe' and have relatives that were born in a country then as a child moved to another country. And after decades they don't refer to themselves as bring a citizens of the previous country !! Even if they have 'multiple citizenship disorder' !!
