  1. In Canada for legalization we followed the Euro/South Am.-model not the US-model. We did it for the whole country as soon as we could ... rather than province by province, starting in British Columbia... Canada's California :))) There would have been too many logistic roadblocks, and problems doing it a province at a time. But, also like these other geo-models our whole country has a fairly small pop. in relation to a country like the US.
