It doesn't matter how we feel its for the owners 'Peace of Mind'. In my mind only a criminal, or a pacifist, would complain !! If you don't like it go elsewhere for gas, simple. And unless the situation in general gets much worse, or dire, most petty criminals will be deterred. But with that said, there is a slight chance that organized gangs and criminals will escalate the situation, if they feel the need. All in all, it's better to try to defend your business than not. Now I know there should be insurance to cover theft like that. But one has to defend, I just hope they are using qualified ex-military/law enforcement officers who have a better idea of how to stop the bad guys.
