  1. I got a lodge two weeks ago. I absolutely love it. I got the pre-season ed and seasoned it before use. So far nothing has stuck to it. I've done eggs, morning casserole, pork fat, and bacon. Quick wipe out and ready to go.

  10. I have a question for you. I bought my first cast iron skillet (Lodge) about 2 months ago and fell in love. I have used it 4 or 5 times a week. I season after every use. I have cooked a lot of bacon, pork chops, eggs, and fried potatoes. I use lard to season and veg oil and butter to cook. Would it be safe to cook something using marinara sauce now?

  40. I would use for any of my pork products. As a diabetic pork is good for you but it is important to have it cooked to the right temperature. Have a great Easter to you and Shannon and family.
