  2. I have a question for you. I bought my first cast iron skillet (Lodge) about 2 months ago and fell in love. I have used it 4 or 5 times a week. I season after every use. I have cooked a lot of bacon, pork chops, eggs, and fried potatoes. I use lard to season and veg oil and butter to cook. Would it be safe to cook something using marinara sauce now?
