  2. People: “Why do you want to go and live in Israel? It’s a Warzone.” Me: I’m not putting my life on the line for people who’d stab me in the back at the first opportunity, put me on the frontlines while they hide, not know who or what tf they are but feel the right to tell me what to believe, be unable to haul me out if wounded be it men or women, and in the end have ingratitude waiting for me at home. There are female soldiers in Israel less masculine than American women and if I were to be killed there at least I’d die peacefully. Dying here makes me nervous.
