Because if the court system was ran on sending people to prison who seem guilty for their actions outside of the actual alleged crime, then there'd be a lot of innocent men in jail... The main thing they are mixed with is other Africans from west Africa and then like a tiny percentage of white but some are fully black but in all cases all afro Americans will look like a full black person since black Genetics are more dominant anyways small percentages of other races wont show
