@edgy one you're missing the point. The video is about self defence in situations vs a man whilst being a woman. His comment is probably life saving to women who think they can actually do anything to a guy in such situations. Best advice is to get away

@Sara Wilcker Even as a guy with martial arts training and being muscled, you're not beating 3 men at once so don't think that some self defence tips would've helped in that situation. Life isn't a movie sadly, 99% of women will lose in a physical alteration to most men. And even the strongest men would lose most of the time to 3 men in a physical alteration

Just clarify, this your horse?

@peanutsassyathena got my first dog like a year ago and I keep hearing stories of people losing their dogs, I even seen Roman's make grave stones of their dogs and inscription next to their grave explaining how much they meant to them. It kinda scares me🥺

@peanutsassyathena but thanks for the advice, much appreciated 🙏🏿

@Austin-ep2yl You have the audacity to say someone doesn't know track when these words came out your mouth, " He ran better than Usain bolt at that age." You can't make this stuff up😂😂😂 USAIN BOLT HADNT RUN A 100M BACK THEN EVER. He didn't run the 100m thought his teen years, he was too busy being the fastest teen in the 200m of all time... Dont compare this guy to the GOAT

@nongthangsana Another issue I'll bring up here is that hydration for running very long distances isn't just a matter of having water. Yes, we sweat and that cools our bodies. But we also lose water AND electrolytes. Water isn't enough for a marathon or especially an ultramarathon. You'll cramp up due to loss of electrolytes, no matter how much water you drink. In fact, drinking too much water can cause an electrolyte deficiency. All these ultra marathoners who run 100km have fuel stations where they top up on calories, hydration etc No human can just run them distances. Running 100k is a luxury that is done by technology. A hunter gatherer couldn't do that without help. They wouldn't and couldn't do that in the wild at all
