  1. I give only $1 after the delivery guy hit on me. If they are good I'll do $2. No ef given. In a restaurant yea they deserve more. More service required. If this guy I'd delivering pizza and the road is closed and complains about the tip he shouldn't have delivered it. Call the provider say can't be completed. No shame to the pizza buyer
