  1. we!! self control. cute. I can have self control but i pay attention to my body weight and body composition so i can allow myself those treats. even if its eating like craps for a couple days to get the craving curbed or for sanity of the mind for pleasure but i dont have self sabotage ways regarding food. if anything I will choose not to eat when depressed,. so keeping weight is my issue. too easy to lose weight
