@TheCarCareNut Okay. The independent mechanic I sometimes visit is very trustworthy, but never uses OEM parts lol. Thanks for showing us the difference in OEM quality!

@TheCarCareNut In my visits to dealerships, I’ve only spoken to the service advisors, who didn’t sound very knowledgeable about repairs. I’ve never had the opportunity to interact directly with technicians. Is the culture different in different dealerships? It is nice that you replicated the concern to your customer!
