@Peter Holden I thought the act of leaving would ‘crash the pound’, and that Boris was ‘shorting the pound’. I read this multiple times only yesterday. 24 hours appears enough time to wipe some people’s memory 😆

@Peter Holden WRONG. Let me explain. Old money is called old money because it endures. When the pound falls precious metals rise, when the pound rises precious metals fall. I don’t have the time or inclination to go into detail but today old money supported the the UK and what it is doing and is not worried about the short term future. The EU is a twitching economic corpse.
