Javelin is vastly superior system Stugna-P full weight is 229lbs while the Javelin weight just 50lbs missile and CLU The Javelin fire and forget (FOF) IR doesnt trigger the enemy defenses while the Stugna-P requires laser guidance for FOF which will trigger defense The Javelin team can immediately move while the Stugna-P can not The reason why I am so critical of the system is because it reversed from Russian designs which it also inherits the same limitations Ukraine should learn from this and purchase more Javelin as well Israeli made Spike and use them as a basis for newer Ukraine system which inherits the superior qualities of the Spike and Javelin

As for the Akeron , wrong on all counts France to date has only produced 2900 missiles. The US military FGM-148A/B/C or Block 0 was 37,560 missiles The last order was in 2020 was 5200 missiles Lockheed has ramped up to 4000 missiles per year Whereas the France and Akeron ??? The NLAW's production was 24,000 missile SAAB like Lockheed is also ramping up production. The Akeron has no numbers compared to the rest As for the US relying on the TOW Its replacement has to meet the standards for modern warfare Able to counter active protection systems, longer range, lock after launch, data link and other features The only missile that can do is the Spike NLOS but its too heavy

  5.  @williamzk9083  Everyone understands Israel is in delicate position.Its not like other countries Helping Ukraine will blow back on them The Spike hasnt been used yet to justify that comment The Javelin has this thing called upgrades The planned is the FGM-148G in 2025 That missile is based on lessons learned in Ukraine It called time and Javelin, NLAW , TOW and older missiles are the only ones with numbers that Ukraine needs If France wants to promote the Akreon they know what to do
