They are exploiting the legal system for their benefit. Granted the legal system is doing its job and telling them to pack sand but legally they are allowed to challenge it as many time as they want unless the judge dismisses with prejudice which a lot them are starting to do. They are trying to leverage their case based on affidavits but affidavits alone is not going to do anything on a case of this scale So far they are zero wins and 30 plus losses Judge Brann basically summed it up what Trump and his merry band of jackasses are doing "This Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence" This claim, like Frankenstein’s Monster, has been haphazardly stitched together from two distinct theories in an attempt to avoid controlling precedent. haphazardly stitched together information , not actual fact

@WeFightTheCorruption There is no risk to the people with the affidavits. Its a win-win situation for Trump and his merry band of jackasses. If someone attempts to prosecute the people who signed the affidavits, the claim will be evidence tampering or suppression against the prosecution Secondly , there is also the whistleblower statue They are not at risk at. Thats also why the Courts are not giving them the time of day.
