In others very thirsty and inefficient as they based off fighter engines The B-21 uses Pratt & Whitney PW1000G newer engines based off commercial engines which 100 tines more fuel efficient than the older B-2 F118 Allowing the B-21 to go substantially further on less fuel So yes clueless one, by using better engines , you need less fuel
