  3. The simple answer is that F-22 is long overdue for replacement. if the F-22 was built to full specs, it wouldnt be a problem but even with upgrades the F-22 still lags behind. The F-35 is no match for the J-20 or Su-57 in the merge so its kinda no choice but to build or restart F-22 production to be prospective F-22C with all the bells and whistles
