The KC-130 continues to operate as airborne tanker as the AC-130 as airborne gunship and MC-130 for special operations

I wouldnt say that If you pair an EA-18G with the next generation jammer , a F-18F with the HACM and a stealth F-35 with SIAW cracking defenses would be an issue EA-18G lays down jammer while the F-18 fires an HACM, from 300 miles away, time to target is just 3 mins In this case, the target is the S-400 command truck truck The F-35 uses SiAW to target the radar and launchers effectively neutralizing the site A second strike is simultaneously attacking any enemy air fields F-18F send HACM against radar and comms while the F-35s use SIAW on the taxiway and runways This where MC-130s carrying powered JDAMs comes in It can in theory launch 20 PJDAM in 500lbs range and completely destroy the runway effectively pinning the enemy air force on the ground

Call me crazy but why isnt anyone acquiring 10 of RAF C-130J for Ukraine The US is already planning on supplying JASSMs to Ukraine if they could mod so that it could also AGM-84 for anti ship 6 C-130 launching 72 missiles against Russian targets on long and 4 against the Black Sea Fleet I would call that a great day

  5.  @samsonsoturian6013  There are no limitation of using cargo plane in war zone kiddo The point of stand off range cruise missiles is so you can attack without ever getting in range of the enemy's defenses The JASSM-B range is 570 miles, thats well outside any missile defense range and airborne interceptors The JASSM-D/XR range is 1000 miles again no way for an enemy to stop them from being launched

  6.  @Chuck_Hooks  That many missiles isnt likely If USAF really what to be nightmarish They should reinvest in the JSOW-ER A Rapid Dragon with JSOW-ER would the ultimate game changer JSOW-A1 carries 500lbs which good for point targets. the JSOW-A has submunitions payload which excellent against spread out forces and airfields The JSOW-C carries the BROACH warhead for hard-target penetration You can carry a payload of JSOW-ERs and strike a wider rage of targets up to 300 miles away
