That greatly simplifies everything Instead having maintenance, logistics and training for Challenger 2, Leclerc, Abrams and Leopard 2 Just having 1 tank type makes things simplier There are a lot of EU countries with Leopard 2 in storage What the West should do is buy those tanks in storage. Germany would simply have speed up getting them refurbished. The US has 3000 M1A1 in storage but sea lift ships can only carry 58 tanks it makes no sense for the US to pull tanks when the EU has plenty to spare and get be ready considerably faster than the M1A1
