  1. The death penalty is not the problem. The problem is the process between them and execution. Secondly, states need to bring back Sparky since companies won't provide drugs for execution. They said drugs were more humane and now companies won't no part of it With old Sparky, they just need to pay the electric bill If they stream lined process to down 6 months instead decades, the death penalty would be more effective
