The F-22s lacks multi-mission capability in a nutshell. It can carry bombs but not cruise missiles or air to surface missiles The NGAD should be able to carry at least 4 SIAW or 2 JSMs as well JAGMs for short to long range time sensitive precision strike I would expect the F-35 EOTS/DAS and HMD to carry over to the NGAD Ideally, the USAF can cut down costs by carrying over tech from the F-15EX and F-35 programs and get the USN on board with its engine program for the FA/XX which again can bring down cost While the originally F-22 had side radar which the Su-57 adopted An improved variant of the F-22s ALR-94 would be better

  4. Lay off the potato their Ivan You are assuming the F-35 wont shoot back The S-400 max missile range is 250 miles The F-35 can launch JSM from 300 miles and just like that the S-300 and S-400 are useless
