Para dropped is 16 tons on down More than likely what they are referring to is low-altitude parachute-extraction system (LAPES) where the transport only a few feet off the ground and the tank dropping 10-20 feet at most The M10 heavy weight is likely due to thick armor but still its 30 tonnes less than an Abrams The Abrams is the deciding factor as the Army keeps changing direction what will replace it so its likely the Booker is interim fix till they decide as the EU wants to 130mm or 140mm for next main gun
