Further the cost of internal targeting would also have to be considered. The current cost of a base F-18 E/F is 98.3 mil vs F-35A's 101 with engine only the F-35B/C are still 130 plus so really only the F-35C is in danger of being cut

He can slam the cost of the program all he wants, all it is just hot air first he has to get congress to approve any major changes, good luck with that as the main problem with that is that he has present a real alternative. The USAF and USMC are fully committed to the F-35. The block 60 F-16 costs as much as the F-35 and the Harrier is no longer in production. Further more, the USN designed its ships around the F-35s. There is no alternative that he can present. The USAF/USN are still years from the prototype stage for the 6th gen as the bulk of that tech is still under development. So Trump again is just blowing hot air

Thet judge continuously showed clear bias through out the trail and deliberately influenced the jury Its called burden of proof if the prosecution wants to call the people that lost their lives 'victims" then the falls on their shoulders to produce prove that they were actually victims and the defense prove that were not When he said that he wouldnt allow the word, he showed bias to prosecution. Both sides have to make their case and Judge is supposed to be the neutral party, however it didnt happen here The judge repeated attack the prosecution as well It was already know on based the judge behavior that justice would not be served

When the results become final on Jan 6 He only has from Jan 7 to Jan 20 to transition out of the WH He didnt steal but them being there is no accident Secondly, Instead of allow the NARA to do their job which is sort the documents into property of the US government, public and exclusive to the president He decided that he was going to tell the NARA what they could get from him The NARA was very patience with him but their patience ran out and they kicked it up to the FBI to deal with Trump claimed that he was cooperating with them which is true but he was only cooperating to certain degree The presidential records act has no enforcement written into it as its expected that the president would fully comply ,however they didnt account for over grown man childs like trump
