Embarrassed that Ukraine was able to hit to strike a base in Crimea which is supposed to be secure Or worried that this is sign of things to come

@larsrons7937 Yes and no Most European and Africa countries ban the use of cluster munitions but the US , China , Russia and a few others still reserve the right to use to them The problem is Russia's indiscriminate use of them

Honestly, I think that Ukrainian forces are not going to reveal how this was done because they are likely planning on strike out critical assets so they are going to keep quiet for now

@larsrons7937 Way they are supposed be used is against large number of targets Example, that massive cluster fuck outside of Kyiv would have been a perfect target for CBUs
