  2.  @mephisto2812  Putin used the Oreshink against Ukraine A country with barely any advanced defenses Japan for example has 8 Aegis equipped destroyers that can use the US made SM-3 The newer Maya class can use both SM-3 and the SM-6 On land they have the Type 03 SAM as well 6 Patriot batteries South Korea like Japan has an AEGIS equipped destroyers at sea as well Patriot batteries and their own locally made systems Unlike Ukraine, they have plenty of air defense hardware and thats leaving out the number of US bases in the region so what makes Putin think Asia will be the slightest bit worried about his little toy Lastly, unlike Ukraine Japan and South Korea have top tier capability so they can easily fight back
