Short answer, Iran wont do anything Israel may struggle to target Hamas in Gaza and the US with countering Houthi forces in Yemen but against Iran both Israel and US would have plenty of targets to chose from Remember Israel would have no problem allowing USAF bombers to operate from their borders Allowing US Army THAAD and Patriot units to operate along side their own Iran can strike US region bases but the US can strike Iran directly from air ,sea or land The USAF has the C-17 rapid dragon that they have been dying to try out The US Army wouldnt mind testing its LRHW The USN and USMC also wouldnt mind trying out some of their new toys as well Lastly, Israel has zero qualms about striking Iran with tactical nukes So Iran is treading very carefully because at the end of the day A fight with Israel is bad enough but with the US as well , it only ends badly
