Ukraine has defeat basically everything Russia has , their only shield has been their EW which has greatly reduced the effectiveness of the US GPS munitions The US has fielded different counter measures for Ukraine to use and none have worked So instead of trying work through the jamming, the US is sending Ukraine Home on Jam seekers for the JDAMs and SDB which will allow Ukraine to physical destroy Russian EW sites The great thing about this counter measure is that it puts Russia up the creek if they turn off their EW, Ukraine pounds them with GPS munitions if they leave it on, Ukraine pounds their EW sites , then pounds with GPS munitions As long as the EW is broadcastintg, the home on jam seeker can find and destroy it Without their EW shield, Russian forces will vulnerable to attack
