No, its best in world if the US was in Ukraine, it would have been over in 2 to 3 months at most lets highlight Russia's short comings in Ukraine HIMARS has been active for nearly 2 years and Russia failed to destroy a single launcher Why Russia relies heavy on ground based electronic warfare, the problem its good for coverage but piss poor for locating targets Russia has very little airborne EW assets Russian aircraft lack advanced target pods found on their western counterparts The KA-52 suffered heavy losses due to fact they could only run and gun The addition of the LMUR has given them precision strike capability similar to the Apache in the early 90s but their losses are still steadily mounting The Apache-E has the long bow radar which allows them to simply raise the radar to get a target lock and fire on targets with minimal to zero exposure The KA-52 has the LMUR but still has to fully unmask to see targets Lastly, Ukraine is getting more and more Advanced western air defense equipment The West successfully created the FrankenSam which pairs Ukraine old Soviet tech with Western Now Ukraine is getting that much closer to having a fully up and running integrated air defence system (IADS) with Western tech An IADS is bad news for Russian forces in hundreds of ways but the biggest being that it will completely eliminate Russian attacks from the air
