There is nothing that Russia can do In to order support Niger, Russia needs overfly permission from either Libya or Algeria to deliver equipment Libya is a no and Algeria is in a spot France can send its carrier and ships down to the Gulf of Guinea and strike Niger as Nigeria does not support Niger Secondly , Russian is tied up in Ukraine and sending an expeditionary force to Niger would be massive drain on their already thin resources
