Russia is not winning by any measure Ukraine just shredded another Russian base with ATACMS Now the US has provided the max range ATACMS, Ukraine can strike targets nearly 200 miles away now The US has give Ukraine what they need till F-16s arrive and at that point things will be over for Russia Ukraine doesnt need the F-16 to fight air to air They need the F-16 air to ground capabilites
