Simple Ukraine is wining but there is still things that they cant do They can't strike the Black Sea Fleet ships and bases effectively but F-16s equipped with AGM-84F would allow to Ukraine to neutralize the Black Sea Fleet bases and ships The subs are diesel and if the supply ships and fuel storage is destroyed, those subs are useless The MIG-29 and Su-27 can't fully use JDAM and AGM-88s but F-16s would give Ukraine the ability to use the max capabilities
