Comments by "verdebusterAP" (@verdebusterAP) on "Attorney client privilege could protect some documents seized at Mar-A-Lago" video.
Emphasis on some documents, not all of them There are still documents that are property of the government or others that are supposed to be public record Either way, the wall steadily closing in on him

@Mike N Literally wrong on every level Mar-A-Lago is accessible to public any given time whereas the White House is not Storing classified requires more than just being protected by the Secret Service. The documents are supposed to be locked in safe. The safe is supposed have access measures and security and that location is supposed have 24/7 surveillance. Lastly depending on the level of the material it can only be viewed in a designated area The presence of Secret Service is literally moot The AG has him dead to rights and he knows it ,so all he can do is claim that he's being targeted for political reasons From Nov to Jan, instead of transitioning out of the WH, he spent it trying to over turn the results Instead giving the NARA records so they could sort them property of the government, public and exclusive to president He decided instead that he was going to tell them what they could get Even when they subpoenaed , the records, he still didnt comply fully At no point in this process ,he never did what he was supposed to do He can't claim that records being there was a mistake during his transition He can't claim that he complied with records request as the NARA paper trail shows otherwise He can't claim that records were declassified as there is no paper trail So burn baby burn

@thehoodedteddy1335 Thats what people trying to defend him don't understand, he never had any intention of cooperating with the NARA When the president leaves office, he is supposed to establish timeline with the NARA for them to get all the documents He' claimed that Obama did the same however NARA stated they got all of Obamas record in 2017 arrangement to preserve Obama’s records has been publicly known since 2016. So long before he term was up, Obama had the ball rolling on his transfer

@lindastone4927 And people like you simple talk out your ass Classified materials storage has clear and non-negotiable standards that have to be followed. When the FBI checked Mar-a-Lago Nothing there come even close to established standards for classified materials storage. Classified material storage is completely standard. The DOJ broke into a safe, the boxes recovered come from storage rooms not safe Twist the facts doesn't change anything DOJ just admitted there is attorney client privileged document, again twisting facts In the affidavit, the DOJ and FBI stated they had included special team to sort out potential attorney client material So again their "quote admission" only makes Trump's request for special master moot as they had already accounted for the possiblity of attorney client material What planet are you from again, you are asking why public isnt seeing material that has been marked top secret or classified,
